Using the Advanced Edit Pane

The Advanced Edit Pane allows website owners to view and maintain all the added 3D models that are currently in their 3D environment. You can access the Advanced Edit Pane via the ‘advanced’ button in the Edit menu.

On opening the Advanced Edit Pane, you will see a list of Saved Decorating URLs, which is a list of all the websites that you have saved 3D objects to. Clicking on any of these will show you information about that decoration set, including a list of items in the set, the date when it was last updated and the HTML code for adding that button to your website. Each item in the decoration set can be added to your MyStuff, or added to your current scene.

You can delete any objects in the set by clicking the red delete button on the left of the item you no longer want, or you can delete the entire set by returning to the list of decoration sets, and clicking the red delete button beside the unwanted set.

If you have decorated a page, but have subsequently lost the code to add to your website, the Advanced Edit Pane will help you restore the decorations back, and can give you the “Launch in 3D” html button code again. This also helps you manage multiple decoration sets for the same website, for example if you use a different decoration set on your website for a special occasion.

The Advanced Edit Pane button has replaced the properties button. To edit the properties of any object, double-click on an object, and the properties window will open for that object.
