This message is simply informing you that it is possible for you to save the object that you have added to the scene, by clicking the save button.

If this is your webpage, you will need to be able to add some code to the webpage in order to add a LAUNCH IN 3D button to give effect to the save.

If it is not your webpage and the owner has already put a LAUNCH IN 3D button on the page, this is telling you that the owner has given you permission to save objects.
