• Click Sign In on the main toolbar
• Click "Resend Password"
• Enter your Avatar Name and email address 
• Hit the "Resend password" button

This will send you a new password to your email account.  Once you have received it your can use it to sign in, or change it, if you want, using the "Change Password" link on the main toolbar.
