To uninstall ExitReality choose Programs and Features from the Control Panel (in Vista).  It’s called Add/Remove Programs in XP.  Select ExitReality from the list and click the Uninstall button.  You will need to close your browser.

Uninstall will remove the program.  You can choose whether or not to also remove the sites that you have visited and your avatar settings when you uninstall.
